Our story
History matters
Where we have come from is just as important as where we are going in the future. Over our 40+ year history we have grown from 60 students to over 2000; we have opened five campuses, together with other learning spaces across the region and continually expanded our co-curricular and extra-curricular programs.
Christian College growth and expansion throughout the years

1980
Christian College Geelong officially opens its doors, when a single wing of the St Augustine Orphanage in Highton is leased to provide space for the new school. From Prep to Year 10, 60 students and their parents capture the vision for Christian College.

1987
As enrolments grow, and with incredible support from the parent community and others, the College purchased the buildings and playing fields in Middle School – Highton.

Christian College Geelong expands to offer Years 11 and 12.

Our newest campus opens on the Surf Coast – Torquay, in a unique setting with views overlooking Spring Creek Valley. It started with a single class of Prep students, with a year level added each year since. It will ultimately offer Prep to Year 9
