“All children have different pathways. God has a plan, a journey and a pathway for each of us and it is in the heart of great educators to nurture students, helping them to tease out, explore and discover their pathway. When they do, they will find fulfilment.”

“Being called to lead comes with an awareness that it’s for a cause greater than self. Helping others to flourish is the greatest responsibility and privilege of leadership”.

Michelle Young

Director of Butterfield House Early Learning and Care

Often as leaders, we seek to simply equip others to do their job better and in doing this, we bypass the heart. The heart is the deepest place of conviction, commitment, passion, purpose, identity and life. If we can engage the heart, we unlock the most powerful part of a person.

Head of Bellarine Campus

A small single mirror can reflect only as much light as its own surface area and send it to only one spot. And yet, like a disco ball made up of hundreds of small mirrors, when our whole Bellarine Campus comes together, we reflect much more light, joy, excitement and dazzle than if we chose to stay as single squares. It takes courage to stand side by side, but when we do, our Bellarine light shines so brightly that it strengthens and encourages others, fills the whole campus and reaches outward to the broader College and community as well.”

Head of Middle School –Highton

It is indeed a privilege to be entrusted with the stewardship of our Middle School-Highton Campus and to serve in a role of such profound influence and responsibility. In a world that often poses challenges for our students, guiding them through their most vulnerable years is an honour that I cherish deeply. Our mission is to create an environment that not only fosters academic excellence but also nurtures spiritual growth.
