Experiences

The Our World elective absorbs year 10 students in social justice issues. Investigations and analysis in the classroom, is brought to life over 10 days immersed in Anangu culture at Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park. This in depth study of culture, encourages critical thinking about contemporary social influences on traditional lifestyles.

Students engage in a core classroom Music program from kindergarten to year 7, interacting with both digital technology and traditional instruments.

The elective program runs from Year 7 to 12 and develops skills that are required to progress through to VCE Music and/or VET technical production and beyond. Performances take students to the Sydney Opera House and, should borders re-open, as far afield as Hawaii and China.

Our commitment to community transcends language and culture. Over the last 15 years our College has actively supported the village of Viqueque in East Timor. Year 11 and 12 students have the opportunity to   visit Viqueque and help out within the community. The College has assisted with the set up of kindergartens, schools and water wells and provided computers and medical supplies.
