Guide to Admissions at

Christian College Geelong

Step 1: Tour the Campus

We invite you to join us for a tour, where you can explore
our vibrant and welcoming campuses and experience our
exceptional teaching and learning programs.

During your visit, you’ll discover our wide range of extracurricular opportunities, visit real classes alongside our student leaders, and meet the passionate teachers who inspire our students every day.

You are welcome to attend our College Open Days in March and May, or experience our community more intimately through the monthly Come and See Tours offered at each campus.

If you have previously visited our campuses or you feel a visit is not required, you are welcome to move straight into the application process.

A) Come and See Group Tour

Interested in a group tour? Simply click the link below and choose a date and time that works for you.
Alternatively, please join us at one of our upcoming Open Days.

B) Personalised Tour

Would you prefer a personalised tour for your family? Please contact our friendly staff at our campus receptions to organise a personalised tour.

    Step 2: Application Process

    Application process

To join our admissions waiting list, we invite you to complete the online application process. To help make things smooth and straightforward, please have the following documents ready to upload:

    • A copy of your child’s birth certificate and immunisation history statement
    • Most recent school report
    • NAPLAN results (not required for Prep – Year 2 applicants)
    • Any documents relating to your child’s learning needs and/or court orders

Places across all year levels are in high demand. We are currently processing and confirming enrolments for 2027- 2029, and welcome all applications for 2030 and beyond. To avoid disappointment, we encourage families to begin the application process as early as possible.

    Step 3: Interview

    "Get to know you Interview"

Once the required documents have been uploaded to the application portal, a member of the College leadership
team will be in contact to arrange a short “get to know you” interview. Interviews are scheduled in order of the
    intended year of entry.

A Visa or Mastercard is required to pay the $250 admissions application fee (a non-refundable administration fee). The fee for each subsequent child in the family is reduced to $100. Families with children currently attending Christian College’s Butterfield House or Williams House kindergarten programs will be offered a place, and the $250 application fee will be waived.

    Step 4: Offers

    Offers

Following the interview, and after we have completed our review process, the College may extend an offer of enrolment for your child.

If you choose to accept our offer and join us for your educational journey at Christian College, we invite you to proceed with the next steps of the enrolment process.

To accept your offer, you will be required to complete the Enrolment Offer documentation online. A non-refundable
and non-transferable deposit of $750 per child is payable to secure your child’s place and confirm the enrolment.
Digital Contractual Agreements will be emailed to each parent/guardian for signing to secure the enrolment.
The enrolment deposit will be applied as a credit to your first Fee Statement issued at the commencement of the student’s enrolment.

Step 5: Orientation and commencement planning

    Commencement planning

We will stay in regular contact throughout the admissions process and lead up to your commencement. Students will take part in three orientation days to help feel confident and connected before they begin.

The first orientation day is held on Melbourne Cup Day (the first Tuesday in November). During this day, students
join their new classes, explore the campus facilities, meet our welcoming staff, and take part in activities that help
them build friendships. The remaining two Orientation Days, take place when students start their time with us. These
sessions include fun, engaging activities designed to help students settle in, feel a sense of belonging, and start their
    Christian College journey with confidence.

We look forward to welcoming your family as you commence your educational journey with us at Christian College Geelong.
