THE ROLE
Part-time, 12-month fixed-term
Reporting to the Administration Team Leader, this role serves as the first point of contact for students, staff, parents, and visitors. This position plays a key role in delivering a professional, efficient, and welcoming service that supports the daily operations of the College.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining accurate administrative and student records.
- Processing payments for fees, excursions, and related transactions.
- Providing student support at Student Services reception, including administering first aid and medications, monitoring unwell students, contacting parents when required, and maintaining first aid kits and sick bay records.
- Managing incoming/outgoing mail and respond to phone and email enquiries.
- Supporting teaching staff and the administration team with general administrative tasks.
WHAT YOU BRING
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- A friendly, professional, and people‑focused approach.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front‑of‑house role.
- Strong communication skills across a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Excellent administrative and organisational abilities.
- Confidence using office equipment and standard software.
- A team‑oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently when required
In addition, the position requires the following:
- Current Work with Children Check (WWCC) – Employee Status
- First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Drivers’ License (for multi-campus travel)
