- FTE/Time Fraction – 0.8 FTE (30.4 hours per week) to 1.0 FTE (38 hours per week)

SELECTION CRITERIA
To be considered for this role, please address the following criteria in your application. Your responses should contain relevant examples:
- Demonstrated experience in a generalist HR role for a minimum of five years, significant time operating as a strategic HR partner to leaders is desirable.
- Proven ability to deliver a broad range of HR services, including workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, and organisational development.
- Sound knowledge of employment legislation, industrial relations frameworks, and contemporary HR practice, with the ability to apply this knowledge to complex workplace matters.
- Demonstrated experience using data, metrics, and workforce insights to inform decision‑making, identify trends, and shape HR initiatives.
- Highly developed interpersonal and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and partner effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict‑resolution skills, with the ability to navigate sensitive issues and support leaders in managing people‑related challenges.
- Strong capability in consulting, facilitation, and presentation, including the ability to guide leaders through HR processes and influence outcomes.
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in consultation with key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated capability in supporting organisational change, including experience applying change‑management methodologies, facilitating consultation processes, and supporting workforce transition.
